Lady Day was celebrated at the Cathedral of St Peter and St Paul, Port Pirie, on 1 April 2008

The lively service was conducted by the Chaplain of MU, the Rev’d Prue O’Donovan with a crowd of worshippers, mostly MU members. The service began with a procession of MU banners from across the Diocese. The MU bookstall attendants were busy before the service. Afterwards many adjourned to a local hotel dining room for a celebratory lunch. There was much chatter and laughter and renewal of friendships.
